Hello all, I have a very important test coming up in math soon and I would really appreciate if any of you can help me solve some problems in how to solve for x using the ti 83. I am ok in math otherwise but problems in monomials baffle me and I am at a loss. It would be wonderful if you can let me know of a reasonably priced software that I can use?

You really shouldn’t have wasted money on a private tutor. Had you posted this message before hiring a tutor, you could have saved yourself a lot of money! Anyway, now you can’t change it. Now to make sure that you do well in your exams I would suggest using Algebrator. It’s a user-friendly software. It can solve the toughest problems for you, and what’s even cooler is the fact that it can even explain how it did so! There used to be a time when even I was having difficulty understanding roots, linear inequalities and unlike denominators. But thanks to Algebrator, it’s all good now.

I couldn’t agree more with what was just said. Algebrator has always come to my rescue, be it an assignment or be it my preparation for the final exams, Algebrator has always helped me do well in algebra. It particularly helped me on topics like conversion of units, radical inequalities and long division. I would highly recommend this software.

Here it is: http://www.mathmusic.org/rational-exponents.html. Just a few clicks and math won't be an issue a difficulty anymore. All the best and enjoy the program!
