Hi! We just started doing a new chapter in algebra about trigonometry mental quiz and I did pretty well for most assignments we got but the latest one my professor gave really complex so I'd appreciate if somebody would help me to understand it! It’s a problem solving homework my math professor gave out this day and it’s due next week and I tried answering it but still can’t get it right. I can’t finish it with ease unlike the other homeworks . I had an easy time answering my past assignments but this particular assignment with specific topic of equivalent fractions gives me a hard time just knowing how to begin. I’m desperately in need of help. I’ll really appreciate if somebody help me in discussing the steps and how to solve it in a systematic and clear way.

I’m know little in trigonometry mental quiz. But , it’s quite hard to explain it. I may help you answer it but since the solution is complex, I doubt you will really understand the whole process of solving it so it’s recommended that you really have to ask someone to explain it to you in person to make the explaining clearer. Good thing is that there’s this software that can help you with your problems. It’s called Algebrator and it’s an amazing piece of program because it does not only show the answer but it also shows the process of solving it. How cool is that?

I would just add a note to what has been posted above. Algebrator no doubt is the best tool one could have. Always use it as a guide and a means to learn and never to cheat.

A truly piece of math software is Algebrator. Even I faced similar problems while solving hypotenuse-leg similarity, scientific notation and matrices. Just by typing in the problem workbookand clicking on Solve – and step by step solution to my math homework would be ready. I have used it through several math classes - College Algebra, Algebra 1 and Algebra 2. I highly recommend the program.

Of course. My aim is to learn Math. I would use it only as a tool to clear my concepts. Can I get the URL to the software?

It is available at https://mathmusic.org/multiplying-and-dividing-with-square-roots.html. You can take a look at the demos, compare its features with others available in the market and see for yourself. I am sure you will be impressed.
